There is no Support from Company i.e, work from home without any technical Support. no any Compensation, no any job security, no work satisfaction in this company. If you look for your career growth in this company then my suggestion donot join this Company. Management is not Good and The other's work is also alloted to you and you want to get it done.

...oesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent and carrer growth is verry slow. They want work completion on time but you asking for salary hike then managment want to re-appoint new Person in place of you.

It is a good company and my job is a security guard but my qualifications is a BA(Hons)ECO.my University name skmu(dumka). finally 2015 BA 2nd class pass in deoghar collage, deoghar.so sir I respect to me a job me offer in security supervisor because my experience in security supervisor in 5years.my first security job in new national security service( jamshedpur)and My job location in uttarakhand power plant. 2nd job bis security deoghar as a security supervisor and third job in your company kore security service.today current job in your company service AIIMS devipur (deoghar) as post security guard. Sir please respect to give me a respectable job in security supervisor. Jai hind .your faithfully santosh kumar ,Date of Birth -14 Feb 1987.Actual my dob in 37 years old. Thank you sir.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
