1. Nepotism and racism with a divide between telegu and non telegu employees. 2. Non-telegus not given many opportunities to grow. 3. Codebase is 10years old, no architecture / refactoring measures taken. Not much is done in exploring newer tech and coming up with robust solutions. Lots of anti-patterns/code smells and wrong software engineering practices. 4. No food facilities provided.

This was undoubtedly the worst experience in my career While the product itself is good, the way my project was managed was far from ideal. Instead of focusing on meaningful work, it is often felt like the priority was satisfying managerial egos. Even the simplest task became uncomfortable due to the toxic work environment. The blame game was inevitable. If a bug or regression occurred , fingers were pointed rather than finding the solutions being found. Office politics took precedence over actual product delivery , with people indulging in mind games rather than putting in the effort to create something valuable. Poor management lead to repetitive work( considering my project ), had to redo tasks unnecessarily. The stress from this environment took a toll on my well being, I struggled to sleep and my efficiency went down and eventually lost interest into working in software development. At my lowest, i even felt depressed and exhausted even on a 7 hour sleep and realized how deeply it has effected my personal and professional life . When i used to recap my career i used to do heavy tasks and always trusted myself and got to know how toxic environment does to you. I know you won’t give a damn but wanted to share

Company founder Raj Koneru is gem.

Dislikes

Very cheap and dirty level politics going inside with the help of HR team. Only shoe leakers and non- performers can survive here. Leadership team based in US do not have any control on this, as India HR head - Sarada Kandanur and her team member Jeeva Thomas and her subordinates are over smart and cunning who carefully hide this ( whatever mess is happening inside ) from the upper level management. ( P.S- I’m writing this review very sensibly as I have proofs ).
