Work culture and transparency initially they will say its your business an all then suddenly u will realise there is just sales nothing other than that u will get what do u sell no fixed salary if u r good at academics plz opt for other ..this job is for those who have blunt mind and just one thing to do talk and act

Everything especially Yash and Jayna those two are just scamming everyone If you are reading this i would say you have potential and you can do better don't join KOP/Pride and there are alot do varients in their company like Accord and Wit Management And yes it a field sales where you collect donations

The thing that attracted me was the office environment, the energy level, and the smile that everyone had on their faces and coming from a business background into marketing and sales I thought it would be difficult to adapt but the way people train you here is so good that you start picking up things from day one. This business is something that has taken my personality to another level from an introvert I have become an extreme extrovert, now I can talk to anyone and everyone which is a great positive. The best part is nothing is monotonous here, every day you meet different people and face different challenges which help build your character and makes you strong individual on the principles of effective communication and a high level of integrity's like you have an opportunity to have your own business to develop all your soft skills and to know the different levels of management holistically. You become an MBA practically here and not theoretically. Work hard now so that later you can party all your life! Kop has changed my mindset and helped me to work as entrepreneurs and think like an entrepreneur.
