Working at this organisatuion is deeply disappointing experience. The company culture is toxic, with little to no regards for employee well-being. Leadership seemed more focused on short-term results than fostering a healthy and dupportive work environment. Communication from management is inconsistent and often left employees in the dark about key decisions that directly impacted our work. Feedback and suggestions is ignored, making it clear that employee voices have no value. The workload is overwhelming and there was no support or recognition for the effort put in. Even when an employee hasn't made any mistake, they are still required to submit an apology letter. Burnout is common in this Bank and organisation do nothing to address it. Many employees leave because they don't feel respected or appreciated from korean managers. I will not recommend to anyone seeking a positive, fair and supportive workplace

Good colleagues. Work culture is caring for the employees. Working here has benefits of both an established company and a startup. You get culture of an MNC and growth of a startup.

All the policy and procedures are systematic, and the staffs are good. The balance between life and work are also amazing, so really satisfied with the working life of Kookmin Bank. I trustly recommend the joining the Kookmin Bank.

First of all It's not an organisation it's a Korean prison with lots of self obsessed idiots around you, bullying & scolding Indian staff without a reason. One thing was good that they treat all the Indians equally bad except 2-3 who use to say what the supreme leader & his chotu stooge wants to hear. Who should join- one who wants to learn some life lessons like testing one's patience level, how to bear mental harassment, money should not be the sole reason of job selection etc. Your self respect will be attacked every single day & every day is like a decade there. By the time you will realise what is happening around, you would loose your confidence, self respect, half of your professional skills would be gone, english speaking & writing capability will be gone (their explanation to what they write & speak is super funny & most of time senseless). All in all it's a pathetic place & pathetic people to work for. Will advise not to join unless one really wants a life lesson. PS: Check attrition rate before joining

It is a pathetic place to work. There are no processes or policies defined. The Koreans are extremely rude and have no respect for Indian staff/ culture/ values. The management has trust issues. They have illogical/ irrational expectations from employees/ business deals. Not at all an employee friendly place. More of a dictatorship organisation.
