... a bossy nature she has no respect for teachers she treats teachers like slave . There is no paid or medical leave facility even if valid reason is given she deducts the salary.

The salary given is good.

...s than having someone always scrutinizing over shoulder and commanding everyone.They have no exact salary system, as no definite pay structure is there. Once you are pregnant you are out immediately without any benefits or maternity leave . At times the treatment towards the teachers are very rude and standard biased. Next to zero respect is given to helping hands, they are treated very very badly.

I choice this place to work is the biggest mistake of my like .. Staff including the old teacher will make you feel so down and corner . This the worst worst place and so negative vibes from everyone .. Always work on favouritism ..No growth no challenges No Kindness no positive vibes . Teacher are full of attitude as if they are working in some Mutinational Industry ... They don’t hard working employees they will always demotivate you ...

They are not supportive at all. Staff was fired knowing the risk involved in coming to work.

Dislikes

The overall work environment is very toxic. Only few are favoured, old staff so not let the new joiners stay in the company for long. Communication is very poor among the boss and the staff. No work life balance, made to work in grim circumstances. Employees are not given any appointment letter or any kind of proof that they work there. Very disappointing.
