...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Management is not a supportive company policy are not good, even there is no yearly bonus or salary hike, working hours are too long

It's a terrible company having no ethics and practice of civil engineering. Majority senior people are not aware of modern civil engineering technology and project management techniques. Its very difficult/impossible to work for the employees who worked in any organized/modern sector.

Dislikes

Site facilities, salry/appraisal, learning, work environment, innovation. People took decision at site level without any prior planning in engineering way.

Nothing to like as a HSE guy in this company.

Dislikes

All the above mentioned criteria are not good at this company. This family business is controlled by the owners who will influence al of the departmental decisions. The company employs the HSE guys for name sake and to get protection from the law.
