Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Flexible timings Good for freshers Good for ML engineers, not for web based applications profiles. People are safe who are working upon ML product., rest people won’t get enough work on the projects and chances of laid off gets increase.

Micro management Laid off at the time of appraisal they buy cheaper resources to replace your position No rights to keep your thoughts, just follow their instructions. Not good for professional experienced people Leave policies are not good, you will get your leaves monthly 2 accredited in your account they don’t provide sick leaves casual leaves and privilege leaves at the start of the employment, if you require more leaves they asked you to apply for unpaid leaves
