The best thing about the company is that you learn something. Though I was experienced, I refined myself working at Konstant. Would definitely love to work with them in the future, if required. A good place for those IT professionals who want to move one step ahead in their careers. They give you enough space to explore.

Dislikes

Salary/appraisal was one such concern. The second thing is the infrastructure on which they need an improvement. Rest of the things are okay.

Konstant is wrose company in jaipur. If you love your carrier please never join this company. They will never give document like appointment letter and experience letter. Never join to konstant. No job security. They can fire you at any time.
