Job security is the worst as I was thrown out of my job, since they had my replacement but that didn't work out well for them as a few days later after I left, the guy they got as my replacement also left. Work culture is worst since they didn't respect the fact that me and my team opposed the 6 days working week as we got signed only for 5 days working. But they continued to work 6 days for more than a year and even after I left.
