I love the fact that I am a part of a team that works on having highly reliable equipment for process and mining operations , while meeting set production targets. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Works are done in an organised manner, attention requires to be given to the general workforce in terms of remuneration and incentives and to reduce top hirachy as there too many ineffective positions.

What I about Konkola copper Mines Plc is that its in hand in hand with the Government in terms of Precautionary measures regarding COVID-19. Working culture isn't that effective but I like the Company policies for COVID-19 such as KCM -LP-86 which emphasizes on COVID-19 control measures. Thanks
