Owner himself is very unprofessional. They hold employees salary without intimation if result don't come or if something doesn't happen as per expectation of management. Typically Lala culture. Owners relative kept there like a watchdog. No care of food safety, quality aspects. Lot of thieves inside sitting at responsible positions. Company has no clear policies . Factory location far away from Aurangabad city, so family people need to see from travel point of view.

Low manpower, high workload, management belive blindly on someone. Boiler fuel consumption is too high. Alcohol recovery less. DDGS dryer not perform.

The plant is best for freshers and for learning all the staff is very good they will give theri best and help you in every problem faced in plant

There are 3 shift first is of 7 hours second is 8 hours and third is of 9 hours no weekly off. The Management is worst the ever.

I like to say management is so good and supportive, and working culture is so good , but if I am talking about job security and company policy is so poor , don't pay time to time transport allowance and salary is very negletebal
