Owner himself is very unprofessional. They hold employees salary without intimation if result don't come or if something doesn't happen as per expectation of management. Typically Lala culture. Owners relative kept there like a watchdog. No care of food safety, quality aspects. Lot of thieves inside sitting at responsible positions.Company has no clear policies . Low manpower, high workload, management belive blindly on someone. Boiler fuel consumption is too high. Alcohol recovery less. DDGS dryer not perform.
