...Regressive health insurance policy excluding Parents to a very limited coverage. Salary growth is also timid, average around rate of Inflation. If you have fire in the belly dont join you will definately lose your attitude towards growth mindset. B2B Sales NSM is highly arrogant and biased, even after so many trainings he has gone through but no scope of Improvement.

Recently there is change in senior management which effects company terribly. Change in committed bonus calculation and decrease in increment percentage even when company achieved its targets.

Dislikes

There are 3-4 grade for every level. You are eligible for a grade change only after 2 years. You cannot expect a promotion or change in designation before 5 years atleast. No benefits for employees.

Likes

...val or manpower cutting done. Thats impressive in this pandemic and appreciable. Moreover, technically support is available 24x7, internal process already aligned whether communications to vendors, payments processes, or customer communications. For customers they also did gave time in lockdown period to pay the due payments after 3 months.

Dislikes

I believe Appraisal always based on Last year performance, initiatives and your efforts.though situation is worst this year, but they could do the same and release due promotions/hikes. Still they manage to give the diwali

Salary & the appraisals obviously because of managers & not HR they dnt play any role in this

Career growth is very poor like the hierarchy level is really not justified like if a person carries 4-5 yr work ex already so he/she be eligible for Sr. executive post & the next level would be assistant manager Only if u stayed in company for around 4-5 yrs as the hierarchy says u need to cover 4 levels in Sr. Executive designation & the productivity is not accountable.

Not as such. Marketing and sales people are doing great job

Dislikes

Hiring department is not up to the mark. HR team lacks efficiency and proper management which impacts the entire hiring process. Stronger leadership and better planning are urgently needed
