Company is good, HR policies are good. Currently the hybrid working is good. Cab facility is there.

Dislikes

... good in terms of learning and deep technical calculations and responsibilities. Salary is low as per MNC standard.

Dislikes

Appraisal not happened for year 2020. Max appraisal for 2021 in my team was 2.5% Bonus is considered in CTC so in hand salary would be less.

...im policy. This is nice and very few companies are doing this in India curently. There has been no curtailment of salary till date. However, there is no increment this year.

Dislikes

Career growth is sluggish. Increment is minimal. Promotions are slow.
