Appraisal not happened for year 2020. Max appraisal for 2021 in my team was 2.5% Bonus is considered in CTC so in hand salary would be less.

Work-life balance is good maintains. Managers are cooperative in day to day tasks, Giving employees the flexibility to introduce new work practices in their current job roles.

Pain area only salary here, especially those who are working with the company for several years. As the company is year by year increasing business & product under the brand, there are some hopes this issue also settle in near future. Just cross fingers here
