Salary for new commers are great but for the existing employees it is worst.. This will make you to think how company values its existing employees who have more experience and knowledge..

Good work life balance, free transport facility, great ambience at work.

Dislikes

Poor work culture. Low salary hikes less than market standards, worst food quality in canteen, no flexible timings. Shift starts at 7.30 and ends at 5pm at factory.

Kone is a well cultured organization, where you can get access to colleagues from some part of the world to interact, learn new things and their culture. Job security is very high and you feel no stress/pressure here.

Apart from salary package there is nothing wrong in Kone. Still you can get a decent package when you are an experienced candidate.

Conservative environment, lack of knowledge with the current tools and applications. Operations area are quiet hectic to work.
