Managers e.g. smrat mukharje in Kolkata branch are pathatic they put life thretening pressure. abuses all his juniors and he not have any good communinal skills. In vizag there is a big game of politics there only rises salary’s and taken all benefits of company all political games is running in office all a getting jobs by there on family quayt easyly there are not fit for there rolls but there are managing all stuff and covering to it all people are gathering from Johnson company and running a saperat politics there all are getting benefits in KONE alots off salary increment bonus etc .

Salary is on time and decent.

Dislikes

Office politics and favouritism prevails. Inspite of getting nominated for best sales performer of the year, i have seen them asking to put down paper. Culture of Kolkata branch is pathetic, people gets promoted by favouritism and Nepotism and good performers are either leaving or looking for job already specially in Sales. In short work culture is toxic unless they change the mid level managers.
