Company not focus on employees Education and their salary. I have completed BE and Diploma in Electrical but I have 16k salary per month and I have a 6 years experience in Elevator Maintenance. Company need to pramote educated person after 5 year's.

There are lot of thing in the organisation which makes a man capable of handling management but proper training in person is required. That is missing.

Dislikes

There are no physical trainings provided. No clear portal for learning. Pressure is high due to quarterly bonus system.

Managers e.g. smrat mukharje in Kolkata branch are pathatic they put life thretening pressure. abuses all his juniors and he not have any good communinal skills.
