There are lot of thing in the organisation which makes a man capable of handling management but proper training in person is required. That is missing.

Dislikes

Managers e.g. smrat mukharje in Kolkata branch are pathatic they put life thretening pressure. abuses all his juniors and he not have any good communinal skills.
