Pay is not satisfactory.. it’s below average when compared to other MNC’s. I think now they have revised the entire pay structure of my department. I would have been there if they made this decision earlier. I said the same in my exit interview.

...ike eat, sleep and capable of arguing with others and happy, u can work at Kone. On time salary, less or no work. But if u r willing to learn, passionated towards your work and growth, this is not the right company

Like government organisation. Always fightings, stupid meetings that make no sense, throwing pellets on others etc

There are lot of thing in the organisation which makes a man capable of handling management but proper training in person is required. That is missing.

There are no physical trainings provided. No clear portal for learning. Pressure is high due to quarterly bonus system.

Too much Process oriented company. Salary gets credited on time.

Managers e.g. smrat mukharje in Kolkata branch are pathatic they put life thretening pressure. abuses all his juniors and he not have any good communinal skills. He wanted to take job if he don't like anyone for his personal reason such as lack of oilin & butterin.. He treats everyone like slavas. 100+ people lift becoz him in kol..

Not at all, this a hell of a company. Work culture in Kone kolkata branch is very very bad. No job stability l, Specially seniors asks for special favours especially from female employees like us for promotion and growth in career. This is not a safe place for any employee be it a women or men. Situations are similar In regional office and kolkata branch offices are headed by perverts. Specially in kolkata branch office we regularly hear words e.g."b*k* c*oda, b@r*, khan**, Ren** by branch head S. Mukher*** while calling his subordinates regularly. Branch head has very less patience level uses slags every now and then and also known for abusing his juniors. hR has no role to play in this instead they turn deaf ear to all such complaints l made by any employee. In order to get promoted here one needs to provide extra service to BH other than kick backs. BH is directly involved in vendor favouritism in exchange of cash, employee favouritism and lift license cash handling.

Everything except timely salary.
