Not at all, this a hell of a company. Work culture in Kone kolkata branch is very very bad. No job stability l, Specially seniors asks for special favours especially from female employees like us for promotion and growth in career. This is not a safe place for any employee be it a women or men. Situations are similar In regional office and kolkata branch offices are headed by perverts. Specially in kolkata branch office we regularly hear words e.g."b*k* c*oda, b@r*, khan**, Ren** by branch head S. Mukher*** while calling his subordinates regularly. Branch head has very less patience level uses slags every now and then and also known for abusing his juniors. hR has no role to play in this instead they turn deaf ear to all such complaints l made by any employee. In order to get promoted here one needs to provide extra service to BH other than kick backs. BH is directly involved in vendor favouritism in exchange of cash, employee favouritism and lift license cash handling.
