...ries. * Teams within roof are easily approachable from (HR desk to Automation). * Salary hike percentages are good from 10% - 15% per year. * Bonus policy are attached to our fixed pay in CTC. * Job security is good and work life balance are depend upon the team where you are placed into. * Fixed work from home option of 5 days in a month. * Free food * Surprise gifts / accessories (Shirt, Tshirt, Rain coat, Jerkin, woody, Fast track smart watch, Tupperware Lunch Box, Bag, Flask, Water bottle, Calendar, Diary etc....) These are all the gifts which I rec'd in my tenure of 3 yrs. There may be some which I missed from the list 😕

* Leaves are enormous but all the leaves are not allowed to taken and hence you'd be adding up of all the leaves but with no full utilisation for the year. * Extension / Weekend support are not paid by monetary, it will again added by comp off system only which would not provided any value for the employees. * Promotions are the real problem. there are many sublevel hierarchies in every level and that too not a cake walk to get promoted for each sublevels. Atleast 5 yrs of continuous perfomance would make you reach to the next sub level. So getting into entry level management (Deputy Team Lead) itself takes avg period of 10 yrs. * After DTL, there comes into another 2 sub levels of Team Lead & Senior Team Lead and finally you reach into Junior process manager, that would takes almost 5-8 years depends upon your time and job vacancies.

... KONE, captive Bpo kind of manufacturing unit culture. Teammates are supportive. Policies are good but moderate salary hike and good bonus. Ctc will have bonus perks also.

The company open to innovation with latest technology and I love the fact that I’m a part of KONE it’s a Finland based company it’s manufacturing sector and I love the Woking environment it vl b very good

Salary is on time and decent.

Office politics and favouritism prevails. Inspite of getting nominated for best sales performer of the year, i have seen them asking to put down paper. Culture of Kolkata branch is pathetic, people gets promoted by favouritism and Nepotism and good performers are either leaving or looking for job already specially in Sales. In short work culture is toxic unless they change the mid level managers.
