...re working. Global functions have good scope and visibility in the organization. Got a salary and designation change after 1 year of joining. Good appraisals as KONE has achieved its targets (exceeded) for 2023.

Dislikes

Conservative environment, lack of knowledge with the current tools and applications. Operations area are quiet hectic to work.

Safety wise good. Top management activities good.

Dislikes

... the target in time so Management need to improve different quality of target . Finally my personal opinion is salary is not sufficient and need to revise the salary for management and trainee.Thanks for the given opportunity

One of the best Manufacturing industry.. I work in Global research centre. Here you can come accross various teams and their activities.. Work wise it is one of the best place.

Salary for new commers are great but for the existing employees it is worst.. This will make you to think how company values its existing employees who have more experience and knowledge..

...ries. * Teams within roof are easily approachable from (HR desk to Automation). * Salary hike percentages are good from 10% - 15% per year. * Bonus policy are attached to our fixed pay in CTC. * Job security is good and work life balance are depend upon the team where you are placed into. * Fixed work from home option of 5 days in a month. * Free food * Surprise gifts / accessories (Shirt, Tshirt, Rain coat, Jerkin, woody, Fast track smart watch, Tupperware Lunch Box, Bag, Flask, Water bottle, Calendar, Diary etc....) These are all the gifts which I rec'd in my tenure of 3 yrs. There may be some which I missed from the list 😕

* Leaves are enormous but all the leaves are not allowed to taken and hence you'd be adding up of all the leaves but with no full utilisation for the year. * Extension / Weekend support are not paid by monetary, it will again added by comp off system only which would not provided any value for the employees. * Promotions are the real problem. there are many sublevel hierarchies in every level and that too not a cake walk to get promoted for each sublevels. Atleast 5 yrs of continuous perfomance would make you reach to the next sub level. So getting into entry level management (Deputy Team Lead) itself takes avg period of 10 yrs. * After DTL, there comes into another 2 sub levels of Team Lead & Senior Team Lead and finally you reach into Junior process manager, that would takes almost 5-8 years depends upon your time and job vacancies.

I have been working in KONE through ALTEN India (Client) A wonder full work experience with supportive team members. Work life balance would be good if you learn things quickly. 2 days work from home. Timings (8.30am to 6pm ) (30 mins lunch ). Break fast and lunch will be provided in office. Skill development and growth will be improved.

Dislikes

A huge difference in salary between ON role and OFF role employee. I will suggest to get ON role opportunity or else you need to wait 2 to 3yrs for ON role conversion, that to if you perform well. For OFF role employee, if you make any small error it will be highlighted as major issue as compared to ON role employee. More Learning and growth opportunities for ON role employers only.
