There are lot of thing in the organisation which makes a man capable of handling management but proper training in person is required. That is missing.

Dislikes

There are no physical trainings provided. No clear portal for learning. Pressure is high due to quarterly bonus system.

...d benefits like transportation, food, Games, Carnivals, Training programs etc... But promotion and salary hike is based on management. Not based on your performance. You won't understand the politics behind it. As a experienced person at kone, i had fed-up with their fake promises and politics behind it.

100% job security, in pandemic i trapped in my hone town atlest 1.5 month but company pay full salary. Company made all policies as employees centric. No any harassment. Your growth is depending on your performance.
