Only one good thing is that we get salary on time,never delayed.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues,all management treats us like a slave,no work life balance, daily 12 hours work no fixed timing, only those who have strong reference can do anything thing on there own like weekly offs,half day and doing work are depend on there mood,

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
