...icy acceptance signed that balance leaves will not be reimbursed. No benefits... No question of paying the promised bonus because you will be fired long before it is due to paid. There is no concept of training or any development for the employee because they just want a certain amount of work extracted from the employee .

Dislikes

The work environment was very bad. There is no question of career growth.
