Dislikes

They lure you by adding benefits of bonus/variable , medical in your CTC but you never get that amount. They make you work 12Hrs a day and yet get Rs 0 as quarterly bonus.

Its a horrible place to work. They don't keep their word.they need temporary interns but they hire people as permanent staff. As soon as the bare minimum work is complete they ask people to leave under the flimsiest of pretexts. They expect you to not take leaves at all work overtime everyday and then forcibly get a policy acceptance signed that balance leaves will not be reimbursed. No benefits... No question of paying the promised bonus because you will be fired long before it is due to paid . There is no concept of training or any development for the employee because they just want a certain amount of work extracted from the employee ....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
