There is no concept of training or any development for the employee because they just want a certain amount of work extracted from the employee .

The company is good in terms of its culture. Teams are enthusiastic and skilled, managers are great mentors and there is a good scope of learning and upskilling under their guidance and direction. Overall the company atmosphere is very understanding and cooperative. Its great being a member of Kompanions!

Best place to learn new things, making skill and think innovative. - For me it is a learning journey with lots of newly acquired skills and knowledge related to the industry - Truly enjoying the time with supportive management and friendly colleagues. - Work is always appreciated and recognized by the management and I have been awarded twice as a Rising star of the quarter and Kudos of the quarter. - KOMPANIONS invest time and money in enhancing the skills of their employees I highly recommend KOMPANIONS to all those looking for a company to grow with.

1. I have always Loved the work culture of Kompanions. 2. Out of the box thinking, new innovative ideas are greeted with a warm welcome here. 3. If one is Seeking to kick start their career, no better place than Kompanions, as one can grow with the company. 4. kompanions is doing a great job, they don't miss out on appreciating and recognizing the efforts of their employees. I have been awarded three times - Team award, Rock Solid Contributor award, Persistent Performance award. 5. Their incentive payout is commendable ( I have received 100% incentive last year)
