Group is big, More products to learn, MD is highly knowledgeable, HR is proactive. Better to work in Pune/Delhi as the manager have manging skills

If from different segment, training will be delayed and later after 3-4 months will blame you for lacking technical skills as team is also not technically capable to support(Simply postman job) Lot of travelling to customer place & also office is somewhere which doesnt even have much nearby companies, even if alone in office, need to go on regular basis. Moreover South Manager is the problem, lacking manager skills, competing with lower level engineers and moreover he has job security issues as he is not technically capable and also not supportive to customers, where even customers highlight. Instant change of work he has assigned and blame game, if questioned by Management. South Sales team lacks technical knowledge and showcase as if they know everything Management is good but should understand in handling such people which will have negative marketing, now surviving because of take over of competition itself, as their dealers are doing good in South. Discontinued due to lack of support and felt fully controlled as we are in schools.
