No job satisfaction .Like many startups it dont have direction for long term running .Even plant top person dont have any vision. .No plan to improve productivity and cost as the investment is from investors . No decision making at all. Canteen food . Mainly dont join in tool room , maintenance and manufacturing engineering which has zero scope . Business is going down as management changed .

It’s a decent company, but in India every one wants to show that I am the head and because of this their is no decision making authority
