The company values the employees and care for them. Provides very supportive and learning environment. Has many opportunities for growth. Never delays any financial transactions. Very honest with employees.

Dislikes

Nothing as such so far, but all Saturdays are working which is little difficult to maintain the balance between work and family. So prefer at least 2nd and 4th Saturdays off. This can't be considered as dislike but the preference. Else, nothing like one won't like.

It's a very big organization.. I hd learnt lot of things from that school n it's really very helpful to me. Our unit head kavita ma'am has very supportive nachure. I attended different workshops which are very important for us.

The work pressure is very high.

Team member was very supportive, training they were giving from expert, every year 10% of basic salaru increament. No travelling was there. Work environment was good. Yes innovative ideas of every new session, my future is bright if again work with this organisation. Thanking you.
