They deduct half salary on COVID-19 lock down. And they received full fees from clients. and we work from home n still they deduct our staff salary.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Policy is very bad in kholi garg .. all policys are made for company benefits not for employees. Some policy are good but when we take advantage on these policy then they change again

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
