Too much unnecessary pressure. No authority to take any decisions to close the business. It is completely system driven organisation with all the power in the hand of HO people. Be there in the market, you feel helpless. Every now and then products got obsolete. Upcountry market presence is very pathetic. No pricing support for project business.

...ing in kohler, work harrasment is there, no personal time, no work life balance. Don't fall in trap due to package. Few Managers are forcing to work on weekends also. Micro Management.
