Company open to develop the product as per customer requirements within reliable cost and best quality. I love fact that I am a part of team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global & domestic client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have attend client calls in evening and sometimes late into the night. Management do not value an individuals unique strengths, witch is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I am in marketing, but I need to manage all things Like: Production, Packing, Dispatch, logistic, etc... for my clients.
