I was hired after undergoing strenuous rounds of interviews. The boss Mr Rudraksh was a very meanish guy who meant business without any consideration for the newcomers in the field. I was made to work for 9 hours from morning till late evening with only a 20 minutes break inbetween, and asked to write documents meant for foreign books without any proper guidance. Mr Rudraksh himself had a poor command over English, but expected us to be masters in writing English documents asserting that he was paying us for that.This company hires people for a small duration of time to fulfill its selfish motives and then kicks them out. I developed a serious eye problem as a result of working continuously in front of the computer and had to leave agonisingly.
