They may just offer you a handsome package in the beginning but will not explain how the incentives are being calculated. And you probably wont make any money.

...ncentives are calculated. Infact, you may not be able to make incentives at all. Cost cutting on every aspect. Nobody in the entire organisation is on the same page if in case you need help. They all will tell you a different story. No SOP in place. No professionalism. They do what fits their narrative. No 1:1s. No performative reviews. No guidance. Biased & Boom one day they’ll ask you to leave not on the basis of performance but favouritism. No feedback. Despite giving constant feedbacks. Do not trust what happens in the meetings. Ask for a written communication every time but because there’s no management as such, they may not even go by what they promise you in writing on emails.

...raining industry. Work life balance is there. People are there to support you. Salary perks are there.

As a fresher it can become bit difficult but yes you will learn alot.

Salary comes on time. If you are taking trainings, and your productivity is good, no one will say anything. Plus diwali bonus after 1 year is 50% salary and after 2 years 100% salary.

...ent is not open for feedbacks even if a policy is exploiting and discriminative. The part of your salary package booked for internal trainings and certifications is never used. You don't get any trainings nor your certification requests will be approved by manager until it is a client requirement to have a certified trainer. Then you have to clear an exam in 2 days. So during joining they say your package has 2 lakhs for training which you can't cash but only redeem certification, but in the last year they only let me redeem 2 certificates worth cost 8000 rs only. Out of 2 lakhs only 8000.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

As different people have different choices. But for me , Travelling , meeting and learning new culture, and salary was the point I liked the most. But on the other side there are few shortcoming i faced with. I worked with 5 different training company but koenig was at top first me my list.

Dislikes

There was an favoritism there were the manager -> Mr Sony Tiwary , Mr visvendra , Mr suresh they were the worst manager of my life ever. i will have bad word for him for rest of my life. they did not give good and earning batch to other. They do not share reading materials to other. They like licking. now they are in new company all together. they create group and do not allow other to upgrade.
