They may just offer you a handsome package in the beginning but will not explain how the incentives are being calculated. And you probably wont make any money.
No clarity on how incentives are calculated. Infact, you may not be able to make incentives at all. Cost cutting on every aspect. Nobody in the entire organisation is on the same page if in case you need help. They all will tell you a different story. No SOP in place. No professionalism. They do what fits their narrative. No 1:1s. No performative reviews. No guidance. Biased & Boom one day they’ll ask you to leave not on the basis of performance but favouritism. No feedback. Despite giving constant feedbacks. Do not trust what happens in the meetings. Ask for a written communication every time but because there’s no management as such, they may not even go by what they promise you in writing on emails....Read More

Besides all the excellent compensation and other employee benefits, what I really like about Koenig is the complete freedom to express yourself in your role.
