They may just offer you a handsome package in the beginning but will not explain how the incentives are being calculated. And you probably wont make any money.

Dislikes

...ncentives are calculated. Infact, you may not be able to make incentives at all. Cost cutting on every aspect. Nobody in the entire organisation is on the same page if in case you need help. They all will tell you a different story. No SOP in place. No professionalism. They do what fits their narrative. No 1:1s. No performative reviews. No guidance. Biased & Boom one day they’ll ask you to leave not on the basis of performance but favouritism. No feedback. Despite giving constant feedbacks. Do not trust what happens in the meetings. Ask for a written communication every time but because there’s no management as such, they may not even go by what they promise you in writing on emails.

Some companies claim to be GPTW. Some prove to be. Koenig is really a Great place to work.

Dislikes

Salary is a bit low. Or else work life balance awesome. Cooperative Senior Management. Constant trainings and skill upgrade programs conducted. Job security is also good.

Besides all the excellent compensation and other employee benefits, what I really like about Koenig is the complete freedom to express yourself in your role. Having adopted permanent WFH policy, Koenig is very good organization when it comes to respecting work-life balance of its people. Undoubtedly 10/10 for work culture.

Absolutely nothing major to dislike.

I love the fact that Learning Never Stops. I can expand my wings wherever I can. Working from Home is another Perk of this Job.

Dislikes

All Incentives have Gradually been taken away. No Increment has been made in the Past 2 Years nor has any hope of a Diwali Bonus this Year.

Feels great when you enter it, gradually takes up over your mental peace and make you work day and out.

Dislikes

Bad Work Culture. Lot of internal politics CTC was 9.5 and in hand salary was 30000, rest all cut.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
