Client will give unpredictable pressure in less salary. No satisfaction in job. They want more work in less salary. Working tool is also getting worst day by day. If u have store some leave in your bucket then forget about that. Management will not approve any leave. Suppose u need 4-5 leave. They will give u 2-3 leave even u have already stored leave in your bucket. Worst management, Hr is also reply back to ur query. According to Hr Norms u can not force employees to do OT. No worry they will force u to OT. Or else they will not give any leave or week off as per your preference. client only think about their business and customer. But they don't for a single time for the employees.

Very poor management, poor means very poor, worthless. Senior always talks in a rude tone, client management is also very poor. They just need business and money, they don't even care for their employees who working there to make their business more profitable. They just need head count. If someone dies in your family, they want to work on that also coz they need just head count. Client were used to so much peer pressure😖 in low salary. They used to give so much restrictions and boundaries on your work. No one is there to listen your complain even the HR will also not be there.

Job security is good a good place for freshers, management is good supportive. Policies of the company is also good

Dislikes

Salary expectations- no salary growth it should be improved like after a year or 6 months salary should be increased and for experienced candidates it should b high than a fresher one. And promotion should be given to deserving candidates.

This company is not pay of satisfaction salary he is pay less than 10000 rs and ducted the pf and esi total cash in hand 7200 How can survived for anyone this company is not well he is use of employee time and not pay the geniune money and your duty hours is more than 9 hours but this company is not paid the zeniune salary
