Kochar is a very good place for work and learning and staffs are very supportive and good in nature they gave me some information about covid19 that I was never knew.

Dislikes

Kochar gives low salary and incentives to there agents in comparison with other BPO company that I dislikes.

Leave facility is very bad,no any facilities here,this company doesn't provide experience letter.Every one resign after 1 or 2 months.No one employee want to stay for 3 months also. This is reality if you join

Kocher gives the salary to their employe on time .. on the end of month people got their salary

Operations management is not good ... tl's are very unprofessional.. and their is a guy subham ghosh who is the tl of kochar from Kolkata brunch he is to horrorable .. he uses threting languages to employees..

1. Work Pressure - Force for OT & WO Cancellation 2. No Job Security 3. Office Culture - Veg Only Canteen even you can't consume non veg in office, lift not working after 11pm, no tea or coffee machine available.

...other one. There is no work culture ,and worst part is that if have done your O.T they don't even pay your payouts, each time they told the same thing"Agle month ko 10 tarikh ko mil jaye ga" but there is no progression at all. They also threatened you for ZTP all the time, last but not the least if you got sick they force you to work, and if you disagree to come to the office on that day you will be fire.
