...er is Sahid da amd parven da they are the best overall work environment is good. We also receive our salary and bonuses on time it was good time working here.

Due to a new process PQ and aome of the higher clients the work pressure immensely increased still our tls tried ro reduce that but lack of management and lack of experience from AM s the work environment has gone down i hope the AMs and clients are changed so that previous environment comes back apart from that everything was okay.

...ENT- SHOUTING AND SCREEMING ABSUNING ON THE FLOOR ALWAYS IS EXPECTED OUT OF YOU. DOMESTIC PROCESS - NO SALARY ON TIME - NO APPRAISALS - NO WORK SATISFACTION HORRAIABLE COMPANY CULTURE - NO JOB SECURITY

...e proceed with the exit process on 31st Jan which cause delay in release letter. Also delay in salary.

Leave facility is very bad,no any facilities here,this company doesn't provide experience letter.Every one resign after 1 or 2 months.No one employee want to stay for 3 months also. This is reality if you join

Kocher gives the salary to their employe on time .. on the end of month people got their salary

Operations management is not good ... tl's are very unprofessional.. and their is a guy subham ghosh who is the tl of kochar from Kolkata brunch he is to horrorable .. he uses threting languages to employees..
