There is no work life balance, Ur superior is God for u and u have to down ur head while office starts and raise ur head while leaving only, no social life and should have minute to minute status

They focus on there new highers in very wail manner so that they must learn their business model and technical now-hows before taking them into main stream and putting them on direct job.

Dislikes

Discrimination in the group from process head. Opportunities goes to only closed one and sycophants. Office politics to keep newcomers restricted from there share.
