Manager starts to hide everything during my tenure The manager promised every employees within our team to give bonus, extra rewards etc. Finally without Giving us any promised rewards they will make employees to resign forcefully, it has not only happened with me it has happened to every team almost 60% of the workforce reduced within just two months

Work-life balance, senior management & their vision towards company's growth, salary credit on last working day of the month

Rest everything is pathetic, specially mid-senior level officials hired from technology service industry. These toxic hires destroy the work environment and team culture to the deepest core of it, and hence, no job security, no skill development, no appraisals or promotions.

- No insurance for employees parents - You have to prove a lot to get an appreciation or spot bonus - No shift allowance for the designations above SME - No annual bonus like other organisations

* Flexible timings (even though center pushes for 5 day working). * Pay is competitive in IT but not so in Finance * Show that you know/practice PBM and work can take a back seat, bad news it shall make you non hirable in the market.

...voluntary? * Leadership doesnt understand the diff between use and abuse of PBM. Its funny that you can use the same culture conversation to give someone a huge pay and also throw someone out, just need to be a good speaker. *Multiple leadership changes across levels that happen overnight, which changes the dynamics of the team. *One could wake up to realize they have been fired on the same day, without notice/ or compensation. * I heard there were good number of employees from the HR team who left all of a sudden in the same way. Its only their third party hiring that is permanent.. * The leadership isnt able to manage the center dynamics and just portray a happy picture to any leader when they come up... The reality is diff behind close doors. * Supervisors/Leaders live in constant fear than techies, as they arent even sure if someone is carving a path for them to be thrown out.

If you're a extraordinary performer you will get good hike. Hikes arr purely performance oriented. I personally Celt in my team

...ays during month end. No extra benefits, No Townhall or quarterly appreciations. You will get only your Salary. If you work overtime also they are not ready to give comp off now. Management started to say no budget. For name sake it's capitive but full of BPO culture.
