Initial joining salary hike is excellent. They were earlier hiring with huge salary hikes. Monday to Friday working days 9 am to 6 pm. Beyond this point no one bothers about anything.

Dislikes

...or team trips etc although they brag that they are in India for over a decade. Currently they are trying to fill the manpower requirements with low salary staffs since it's evident that they won't be able to do good business for sustainability.

Likes

Best environment for work and learning. You don't have any stress about job security and etc.

Dislikes

Employee benefits policies are less due to employees facing some problem. Salary also a big concern for these day and here is some problem due to salary issues.

Likes

The production & quality workforce are very focused and dedicated but in return benifits are very less.

Dislikes

Mostly 90 % of the old staff have resigned and switched to other companies reason might be low salary or poor culture.

Kobelco one of the best organization when it's come upto products quality, As a quality person I am very happy to be part of such organization I learned a lot about products quality and about work life balance awesome .

Dislikes

When its come about salary structure they should look over there and take appropriate action on internal politics which make company fame badly.

...nese dominance 3-Micro management of HR will demoralize employee (plz abstain) 4-Salary Structure revision for Sales and Plant employee (as per industry standard,no body asking you crores) 5-Subject expert should handle dept (no any Tom dck and harry) you are an OEM take candidate from OEM, a rotten tomato can spoil whole fresh pack. These are dislikes and suggestions. Praying all will be well.
