Most likely part is my team. My boss is very nice person. From the date of started my working here, I found that my communication has been improved very much because I have to follow with the suppliers.

Compensation is OK OK. Not so high. Furthermore I am not getting core technical work.

Best environment for work and learning. You don't have any stress about job security and etc.

Employee benefits policies are less due to employees facing some problem. Salary also a big concern for these day and here is some problem due to salary issues.

The production & quality workforce are very focused and dedicated but in return benifits are very less.

Mostly 90 % of the old staff have resigned and switched to other companies reason might be low salary or poor culture.

...there overall the total accomodation and food facilities are excellent 👍🏻👌🏻.but they need to improve and increase the salary of the workers.

Kobelco one of the best organization when it's come upto products quality, As a quality person I am very happy to be part of such organization I learned a lot about products quality and about work life balance awesome .

When its come about salary structure they should look over there and take appropriate action on internal politics which make company fame badly.
