Overall projects I have done are very good, HPCL is our clients and Tractabel is consultancy, I have done very nice relationship due to quality work and good communication with client and consultancy, This project is CNG mother station and very good for execute, due to project ending I need a new job.

KNY PROJECTS PVT LTD has poor higher management and their decisions are not good because Head office of company was late for PO abutment and further project working stopped due to that.

They are a example of a typical bad company. Most of there projects are stuck due to bad design and bad execution. It's more like a construction company relying on profits made by delaying government projects. If you are an engineer then it's a heaven for bad engineering. If you are an architect then it is a heaven for drafting.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
