Behaviour of business head is very bad and unprofessional he has no respect towards female staff, during my interview I was told that I will get incentive quarterly but in reality I got incentive just once in 6 months , I was working there as customer relationship executive but was also doing the work which a receptionist do, the job profile and deliverables aren't defined at all, salary structure is very low and the delay in salary is a common problem, I left my job because of sickness till now I have not received my salary instead they asked me the reason for quitting my job and then deducted almost the whole salary, CEO is a very ill mannered person and so are all the top executives. I will not recommend this place to anyone for work.
