... was my life's worst decision to join this company. Thie management is pathetic. They don't give you complete salary. Even if you take follow up on the task but it is pending from your manager they will blem it on as you didn't take the countinus follow up. They have 7500rs from my salary blaming that I didn't take the follow up on task even I did it several times. Plesse please who reads my review please don't join this company. The owners will give you nightmares. They will haunt you!

...pany spent too much on innovation. 3. I used to get 10-15K ₹ bonus monthly. 4. I got promotion and salary hike after completion of year. Salary hike is about 30 - 50% of CTC. 5. Boss of company is best. Not like typical Indian bosses who just deal with higher management. Here Boss takes care of last mile people too. 6. Even our office boy is more satisfied than executive level employees of other company. 7. Company recently announced to share there profit every year among employees. This year they share 12Lakh ₹ among 2 employees who were with the company during whole year-2020. 8. If you want to make a difference in your life then you're welcome.

No canteen available. Need to arrange food for ourself. Company provides free food to employees on every Friday.

I firmly believe in taking a collaborative approach to each project design so when I saw a position with your company to join the production team I knew I had to apply.i love working with a team to achieve a common goal and l know my baground in designer has prepared me for this role.
