...ur for training in R&D. First 15 days they will give u a laber charge of 120 rs. Then based on the education they will fix u a very less salary. The manager in Tumkur R&D is less educated doesn't know English, doesn't know how to treat the workers, trainees, no respect, he don't know how to train the trainees. U will not have a direct access with the HR team, will not have a proper responds to u from HR. They will reduce your salary whenever they want. U will not be able to ask any questions to them. Ultimately company will treat u like a slave. The price of the products are too high in the Market because all the products are from Taiwan, it is very hard to move the products especially in Tamil Nadu. They will always do micro management that is they won't trust u and alway spy u. U will have multiple works to do for a very meager salary. Conducting trials, promotion activites, meeting farmers and convincing, meeting dealers,distributors, nursery owners and vendors. U have to sell the fruits if the product is new to the Market. Salary for a M.Sc guy is 17k and there is 2 bonus system. One in June that is profit dividend and another is on November for deewali will be one salary add up. But this is also based on ur performance and character. 3 members will evaluate the markes for u. One ur branch officer, next GM and another manger. Lot of pressure u will face. I am the first Candidate for this company to be selected as a Agri graduate and a M.Sc graduate for Tamil Nadu. Sorry to say a worst management I have ever seen. They won't keep their words to us. I struggles very hard in this company. Pls don't join in this company.
