...agement is transparent. there is abuse cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are brilliant, appriasals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years.

Flexible working hours and if team lead and project is good work life balance is also good. It is best company for those who are at the end of their career as per work life balance as it not hectic work most of the time.

...ell you would get average rating if team lead is not good and also the managers. Don't join as a fresher they pay less as per work.

Not good pay scale. Not good for learning. Most important point => Management is so cleaver, about signs bonds knowingly/Unknowingly, simply by playing with you, providing increment with condition that "if you leave before 3 years then all your increment will be recovered". So funny, they thing we are technical guys, and won't able to understand there game !

The work culture and inclusiveness is excellent. Technical exposure, Ownership of work is provided which is great to explore and develop as engineers.

Dislikes

Salary benefits are not as per the market and market corrections made are very less and includes bond for very small amounts like 50k. The managers and project leaders are not very technically proficient and this often leads to mediocrity and less appreciation of good technical work.

Nothing much to be liked about company except I am getting good salary.

1) No promotion & very average appraisal 2) Location - It is work from office and location makes it very difficult to commute. Can facility is also available for selected location. 3) Work life balance is 0 4) No facilities for the employee - canteen food is very bad, no microwave, canteens have very bad tastes & no fresh items.
